POWERPOINT PRESENTATION
We wish to show your work at Gathering! Please email
from 1 to 6 JPG images of your work to: douglaswaugh@gmail.com.
The images should be at least 200 to 300 kb, and preferably
larger.
Please rank the images so that if
we have time to show only a few of them, your favorites
will be shown (images shown will be based on time available
and the number of participants).
If you wish, please include a photo
of your teacher or mentor in the group of six photos.
We are encouraging all artist participants to honor
their teachers and mentors. Please e-mail all images,
in JPG format, to the above email address.
If you showed photos of your work
at Gathering 2006, then please do not
submit the same photos for Gathering 2008.
Important: All artists must
register (online or by snail mail) to be a
part of the PowerPoint Presentation (PPP) artist introductions.
All artists may submit up to 6 images of their best
works. The PowerPoint/Artist Introduction
is an important time where everyone attending Gathering
will have the opportunity to view your best
work, to learn who your teachers and mentors are, and
to see you and hear your voice.
Each artist’s PPP of his or
her photos will last about one minute. During this time,
the artist will be introducing himself or herself and
commenting briefly on the work shown. Since there will
be many artists taking part in this PPP, there is a
strict time limit on each artist.
Artists who don’t submit photos
for the PPP will not be participating in the introductions.
Please note that, if you do not have
the ability to send JPG images, then prints of your
photographs may be mailed to:

Photos will be returned at
the Gathering only if specifically requested by the
artist. No slides may be submitted, as we do
not have the ability to scan them.
